Introduction to Crystalline Silica and Good Practices

What is dust?

What we call “dust” is just a collection of fine, solid particles of a particular material – whether it’s soil dust in a field, sawdust from woodworking, or the household dust that collects in our homes. The particles that make up dust are of many different sizes – although they are all are small and light enough to become airborne.
